Production time
Every item is made to order — nothing is pre-made or warehoused. Most orders are printed, quality-checked, and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days of payment. Larger items (LED signs, photo night lights) may take up to 3 business days.
Shipping methods & cost
We ship from our studio in the USA via USPS or UPS, whichever is fastest for your address. Orders of $35 or more ship free within the US. Below that, the exact carrier rate is shown at checkout — no markups.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your label is created. You can also check status anytime using your order ID.
Delays & address issues
If a shipping address can't be validated, we'll contact you before printing. We aren't responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses, but we'll always help sort it out.
International
We currently ship within the United States only. Join the email list to hear when that changes.
