Who we are
Fondly Made is a brand of Bynum Enterprises (“we”, “us”). This policy describes what we collect when you use fondlymade.com and why.
What we collect
When you place an order: your name, email, shipping address, and the personalization you enter (e.g., a name for a keychain). Payment details are processed by Stripe and never touch our servers. If you join our email list, we store your email address and signup source.
How we use it
To make and ship your order, send order and tracking emails, respond to support requests, and — only if you opted in — send occasional marketing emails you can unsubscribe from with one click. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
Service providers
We share data only with the services that run the store: Stripe (payments and tax), our shipping-label provider, our email provider, and our database host. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
Retention & your rights
Order records are kept as required for tax and accounting. You may request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@fondlymade.com; we'll respond within 30 days.
Cookies & analytics
We use minimal cookies for the shopping cart and privacy-respecting analytics to understand site usage. We don't run third-party ad trackers on this site.
Children
Our products are often gifts for children, but the site is intended for purchasers 18+. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
